March 7, 2010 – Isaiah 2

Overawe - to restrain or subdue by inspiring awe.  I saw this word at the end and wasn’t exactly clear on its meaning.  I almost thought it was a typo. 

You always read about the Cedars of Lebanon.  I really didn’t know anything about them.  Looked them up on Wikipedia.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cedrus_libani.  They were a candidate for one of the 7 wonders of the world and are pretty much a national symbol of Lebanon.
