May 5, 2013 – 2 Kings 15

I was a bit confused by the name used for the king of Israel.  15:13 they use Uzziah, but at 15:17 it is Azarich. Both names seem to be talking about the same king, or else the times really don’t add up.

This is a period of time where we have a lot of kings in a very short period.  Some don’t even last a full year, but only months. There appears to be a lot of turmoil in Samaria and Judah.
